Loan procedure

BASIC REQUIREMENTS

  • Builders Agreement
  • Agreement for Sale Both Builders Agreement and Agreement for Sale should be signed by the Customer and Builder, both signed on the same day.
  • Photocopies of Builders Agreement and Agreement for Sale

BANK DOCUMENTS

1st Stage

  • Builders letter to Bank
  • Photocopies of Builders Agreement and Agreement for Sale
  • Parent Documents
  • Approved Plan
  • Updated EC

2nd Stage

  • Loan Demand Letter
  • Original Payment Receipts (Customer) to be given to bank

3rd Sage

REGISTRATION

CUSTOMER SIDE

Following Documents should be brought in by customers at the time of Registration

  • Any Government issued photo proof ID card like PAN Card, Driving License, Ration Card, Passport etc.
  • Four Passport Size Photos

BUILDERS SIDE

Following Documents should be brought in by Builder at the time of Registration

  • Any Government issued photo proof ID card like PAN Card, Driving License, Ration Card, Passport etc.
  • Two Passport Size Photos

FOR LIC

  • Tri Party Agreement is required
  • Purchase procedure
TO FINALISE THE DEAL WITH THE DIRECTORS

TO RECIECVE THE ADVANCE IN CONFIRMATION WITH THE BOOKINGTo sent the list of required documets for loan and reciept of all documents
2 DAYS
PREPARE BUILDERS AGREEMENT/ AGREEMENT FOR SALE
1 WEEK
SIGINING OF AGREEMENT BOTH DIRECTORS AND CUSTOMER (10% OF THE TOTAL AMOUNT TO BE RECEIVED BY THE COMPANY)
NEXT DAY
SENT ALL THE DOCUMENTS TO THE BANK WHICH SHOULD INCLUDE
  • Customers loan documents (as specified by bank)
  • Builder?s documents
  • Parent document
  • Approved plan
  • Photo copy of builder?s agreement
  • Photocopy of agreement for sale
10 Days time frame required for verificatin of residence, employment proof, legal opinion, valuation report etc.
GET LOAN APPROVAL LETTER FOR BUYER (11 DAY)
12 DAYS
BUYER HAS TO SIGN THE LOAN KIT
