STRUCTURE

:

R.C.C. Framed Structure. 9” brickwork for Outer walls.
 

 
DOORS

:

Panel doors with Teak wood frame for the main entrance. 1st quality country wood frames with Flush shutters for all internal doors [as per Architect’s Design].
 

 
WINDOWS

:

Aluminum / UPVC open able windows.
 

 
FLOORING

:

2ft. x 2ft. Vitrified tiles and skirting with same tiles.
 

 
KITCHEN

:

a. Polished Black Granite 19mm thick for Platform over a RCC slab with edge nosing.
b. Stainless steel sink with Drain Board with single bowl.
c. Glazed tiles for walls up to 2ft.ht. above kitchen platform.
 

 
BED ROOM

:

Bedrooms shall have a space for built-in open Wardrobe and Open Loft.
 

 
BATH ROOM

:

The following amenities are provided in each bathroom;
    a. Antiskid Ceramic tiles for floors.
    b. Glazed tiles for walls up to 7ft.ht.
    c. European water closet with slim line water tank for all bathrooms –white colour.
    d. CP fittings & Shower
    e. Wash Basin for all bathrooms – white colour.
    f. Geyser provision for all toilets.

PAINTING

:

    a. Asian Ace / Equivalent Exterior Emulsion for outside walls. (Architect’s choice )
    b. Asian Tractor Emulsion /equivalent for inside walls. (Architect’s choice).
    c. Enamel painting for grills, doors & windows.
    d. Wood polishing for the main door.
 

 
ELECTRICAL

:

Concealed wiring using PVC conduits recessed Switch boards with Modular switches, three phase power with Independent meter.
Inverter provision (General).
PVC duct provision for TV / Broadband.
     
WATER SUPPLY : Common Bore Well, Overhead Tank and Sump With 12000 liters capacity in each block.
     
SANITATION : All Sanitary waste to be taken through 4” PVC 6KG pipe to manhole chambers and then to Septic Tank.
     
OTHERS :

Any extra work other than given in the standard specifications will be done, if feasible at extra cost at the sole discretion of the promoters.

Structural Changes, Elevation Changes, Grill Design Changes, colour scheme changes will not be entertained.
